real estate development sites in both rural and coastal locations.

We're seeking sophisticated investors who are prepared to invest between
$500,000 and $2 million with our company. Each investment will
be fully secured by the title of the proposed development, and our
target for development completions is between 24 - 36 months.
Naturally, returns would vary between projects. But full feasibility
studies and valuations will be provided to potential investors
upon the signing of confidentiality agreements.
