Pegasus Finance and Land Pty. Ltd. was established by Managing Director Richard
Butler, a Queensland property developer since 1982. We've developed
a wide of real estate projects since we began, with a particular focus on
the eastern Australian states of Queensland and New South Wales.
Our company has focussed on these areas because Queensland and New South
Wales have two of the
most vigorous property markets in Australia.
They're also home to
roughly 50% of the Australian population. And
Queensland (in particular) is also a popular
international tourism
destination.
We work on projects either by ourselves or in conjunction with partners.
Pegasus Finance and Land has built up very good relations with a wide
number of investors over the years, who've come to trust our judgment in
real estate matters and recognise that our projects offer the scope for excellent

at no charge if you're a genuine potential
client.
We ask for a
$1,000 up-front deposit from most Australian capital
cities to show that you're sincere (or $2,000 for two people from within
Australia; $3,000 for international flights from Asia or $4,000 for international
flights from non-Asian parts of the northern hemisphere).
However this deposit will be refunded in full - and we'll pay the
entire cost of your air travel - if your inspection subsequently leads
to a purchase.
Many clients who are now regular investors in Pegasus Finance and Land projects
first met us this way. And in an increasingly globalised world where it's
not uncommon for even everyday people to become international investors,
we think it's common sense to make the process as easy as possible.
